Benedict Hartmann


Benedict holds a degree in the international Master Program (M.A.) Development Economics as well as a Bachelor degree in Economics and Sports, both from the Georg-August University in Goettingen.
He gained first experience abroad due to a study related exchange year in Mexico and additional practical work experience in the field of international and financial cooperation in South Africa and Mozambique while working for major executive German bi- and multilateral organizations for economic cooperation (GIZ and KfW). Furthermore, he worked as an external consultant for the German Renewables Academy (Renac) in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Since 2017 Benedict is part of the public trade team at AHP International in Heidelberg. His assignments comprise the implementation of export promotion projects for public clients in Germany and abroad and consulting for international clients within the export promotion programs of different US States. He supports the team in Heidelberg with the implementation of the Manager Training Program of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy and the German Development Agency in the area of capacity building.
